Rules:

1. Maximum 2 authors per paper.
2. Paper Format :
   1. Paper Size : A4
   2. Font Size : 12
   3. Font : Times New Roman
   4. Line Spacing : 1.5
   5. Max No of Pages : 15
3. Abstract : Max 250 words
4. Two Hard-copies and one Soft-copy should be submitted.
5. A candidate can present more that one paper.
6. Registration fees :
   1. Rs. 50/- for IEEE Member(s)
   2. Rs. 60/- for one IEEE + one non-IEEE member
   3. Rs 75/- for non IEEE Member(s)
7. IEEE students should bring their membership
   card + college certificate at time of registration (compulsory).
8. Only LCD Projector will be provided at the time of presentation.
9. Jury’s decision will be final.

NOTE:
1)All out-station students should send a draft of the registration
  fees in the name of "IEEE VIT Student Branch".
2)All papers should be submitted before or on the 4th of
  September in Room S-7, B-Building, VIT before 5:40pm.
